LOAD MOMENT INDICATORS (LMI)

Load Moment Indicator (LMI) is a system which aids the Tower Crane Operator by sensing the changing moment on the Crane structure. Using various high accuracy sensing devices, the LMI monitors all measurements of Tower Crane load, hoist, jib and slew or boom angle, and provides the operator with a continuous reading of the crane’s positioning.
